Worked with a coordinator and professor to provide comprehensive one-on-one assistance to struggling students where English is not a first language. Also assisted a handicapped professor with grading assignments, writing on the board, and teaching three classes in his absence.

IT Intern (level 1 and 2), Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., New York — Summer of 2012

Provided support to the entire organization primarily as an Apple specialist as well as assisted remote users, both Windows and Mac. Experienced issues with data management, information security (whole disk encryption), and JAMF remote management.
Major accomplishment: Created company graphics deployed on all computers as well as worked to fix a bug in memory allocation on many Macs.

Managed the inspiration, designing, and creating of Tapity’s four most recent websites: www.Tapity.com, www.LanguagesApp.com, www.CleaningMonaLisa.com and most notably the website for an Apple Design Award winner, www.GradesApp.com.

District Technician, White Plains City School District, New York — Summer of 2011

Part of a small team that rewired the entire district’s computer division, updated all operating system images by hand, updated many internal computer components, and repaired many computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, and projectors.

Assistant, Taim Home Cooking, Inc., White Plains, New York — 2009–2011

Assisted the head chef in creating unique menus, dishes, and presentations for events catered by the company. Operated the cafe during the summer of 2010, delivered lunch food to customers, streamlined cash register functions, and created the current marketing visuals.
